Bobbie Vaughn Fulcher passed away on April 16, 2021. Born May 24,1932, she was a member of the Grove Class of 1950. No obituary has yet been found, according to Find-A-Grave, she is buried in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk, VA.
