Carol Holcomb Evans, 72, of Paris died Wednesday, Feb. 22, 2017 at her home. She was a graduate of the Grove High School Class of 1962 and a member of West Paris Baptist Church.

Carol was retired and had operated a retail clothing store, The Style Shop, for many years in Paris along with her mother, the late Ethel Holcomb.

Surviving are her husband Terry L. Evans of Paris; two sons, Chris Evans (Allison) of Marion, Ky., and Bob Evans (Donna) of Paris; grandchildren, Adam Evans of Paris and Meredith Evans, Benjamin Evans and Elliot Evans, all of Marion, Ky.; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Ethel Hargett Holcomb and Roy Clyde Holcomb; a sister, Joyce Crutcher; and two brothers, Bobby Holcomb and Donald Holcomb.
