Bill McCutcheon has always had a flair for writing and an ear for music. While a student * at Grove High School, he began what has become a long career of news reporting by writing for the school newspaper, The Comet. He was the assistant editor his junior year and became the edi- tor of the paper his senior year. Also while a high school junior, McCutcheon became a part-time disc jockey for radio station WTPR. McCutcheon took joumalism courses at the University of Tennessee at Martin and UT Knoxville. * Class of 1960 |
