L. W. 'Dub' Miles Lenord William Miles, 63, of Richard Street died Sunday, November 13, 1994, at Henry County Medical Center. Services will be at 2:30 p.m. Tuesday at Ridgeway Morticians with Jimmy Allison officiating. Burial will be in Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. today and after 10:00 p.m. Tuesday. Born August 9, 1931, in Kingston, he was a son of Pearl Miles and the late Edward J. Miles. He was married February 28, 1953 to the former Dean Tubbs, who also survives. Miles was a member of Fairview Baptist Church and Masonic Lodge 108 of Free and Accepted Masons. He also was a Lieutenant in the Tennessee National Guard Civil Defense. He was employed for 28 years with Midland Brake, where he was a Manufacturing supervisor. He also is survived by four sons, Mike, Ricky, Eddie and Jeff Miles, all of Paris; three sisters, Faye Mosely and Anna Phippen, both of Paris and Jean Belew of Parsons; and one brother, Bobby J. Miles of Paris. Other survivors include five grandchildren, April, David, Kayla, Jessica and Collin Miles, all of Paris. A sister Reba Jean Miles, preceded him in death. |
