BETTY SUE JOHNSON PATRICK: Betty is a homemaker. She is
active in the Church of Christ in Tifton, GA, and belongs
to the "New Tiftonite Club". She enjoys cooking and cross
stitch and Bridge. She also teaches Bridge. She and her
husband, Robert, own the Case IH, Ford-New-Holland and
Mahinda tractor dealership in Tifton. They have two children.
Angie lives in Atlanta area and has two boys, ages 6 and 2.
Son, Randy, lives in Nashville and writes screen plays.

BILL JOHNSON: Bill retired from NASA at Marshall Space Flight
Center in Huntsville, AL, in January 1997. Since Bill is an
avid golfer, he lives on a golf course where he plays almost
daily. He traveled to Scotland last year to play St. Andrews
and other golf courses and is very involved in running golf
tournaments and rating courses for the United States Golf
Association (USGA). Bill and his wife Sharon (also retired
from NASA) enjoy remodeling houses and are now working on
their fourth. Bill has two children and one stepson, but no
grandchildren. They reside at Huntsville, AL, 35802


DUANE LACY: Duane is Senior Attorney for the Claims Division
of the Law Dept. of the U. S. Postal Service, having been with
them for approximately 35 years. He hopes to retire this summer.
Passed away July 9, 2003


REX LATIMER: Rex is in the Sales Department of Plumley Rubber
Company in Paris. He is a member of long standing of the Elks
Club and is involved in their projects. He enjoys fishing and
yard work. He and his wife, Marty, have two children...Charlie
and John Brown. Rex has 15 grandchildren. They live in McKenzie, TN

JACK  LASATER: Jack retired from ANR Pipeline Company in 1995.
In 2000 he and his wife. Claudia, moved to Siloam Springs,
Arkansas to be close to their son, John, and his wife, Kara, and
their four children. John designs greeting cards for DaySpring
Greeting Cards located in Siloam Springs. Their daughter, Sarah,
is married and has two children. She and her husband, Luke Samoff,
live in Indonesia. Their oldest daughter, Kim, and her husband,
Jerry Kolhagen, live in Houston where Jerry works as a gas controller
for El Paso Energy. Kim and Jerry have two grown children and two
grandchildren. In Siloam Springs, Jack and Claudia volunteer in a
mentoring ministry working with unchurched kids at New Life Ranch, a
Christian camp and conference center. They are presently building a
home in the country on 5 acres where Claudia can keep her two horses.
John's family is building a home on the adjacent land and Kim and her
husband have bought the land on the other side for a future homesite
when they retire. Jack's address is Siloam Springs, AR  72761.

DONALD LASTER: Don is still active in his insurance business,
the Don Laster Insurance Agency. Don and Mary celebrated their
50th Wedding Anniversary in September 2001. They have four
children. Son, Steve, lives in Eden, NC. Three daughters,
Donna, Cindy, Gina all live in the north Georgia and Chattanooga
area. They Have 12 grandchildren, ages 16 through 28 and 6 great
grandchildren, ages 6 mos. through 9 years. They are active members
of the Oakwood Baptist Church in Chickamauga, GA. They enjoy
traveling and camping. Their address is Fort Oglethorpe, GA, 30742.


CHARLES LAYCOOK: Charles worked as a journeyman tool and gage
maker at A.G. Davis Gage and Engineering in Hazel Park, MI for
25 years and retired in 1990 and moved to Florida. He and his
wife, Margaret, live in a community with a club house, swimming
pool, Sauna, Hot Tub, exercise room, library, shuffleboard and
all the necessities for retirement. They no longer have a
motor home but still travel in the summer.Their son, Terry, was
married in 1999. They live at Lakeland, FL, 33809.


WILMA LEWIS KOPLIN: Wilma lives with her daughter and they
travel together. She enjoys flower and vegetable gardening.
She has two children and now has a great-granddaughter. Just
enjoying retirement. Her address is Holland, MI 49424


LORITA LOCKHART DE MENT: Rita retired from work with the
State of NC Governors Office in 1996. Staying retired long
enough to move into a small retirement home in the country.
Then she went back to work, part time, one week later,
with the NC Department of Agriculture as a processing
assistant. She has four adult children, all living in
North Carolina. They are Happy Lashlee, who has two sons.
Lynn Brown has two adult children and is the manager
of a seafood restaurant in Wilmington. Rachel Ellis has been
a stay home mom for 14 years and she operates a small nursery
business on her property. She has two children. Clay Dement,
lives in Sanford and is as IS-Operations Supervisor with
Wyth-Lederle. Rita's six grandchildren and part time work
with the State allows just enough time for her hobby, which
is a small business, "Calligraphy by Rita". She also manages
to eke out enough time for a couple of trips a year to the
beach and at least one trip to Vegas and Tunica. Rita has retired
for the final time and now lives in Wilmington, NC 28411.

ANNETTE MATTHEWS EAKER: Annette is a self-employed bookkeeper.
She has two children and one grandchild. Son, John, has a son,
Matthew, and lives in Paris. Daughter Mary Catherine is a
registered nurse and lives in Nashville. Annette lives at

PHYLLIS McEVOY SZANYI: I have lived in Columbia, SC, since
1988. I've been working at Hunt Financial Group, an insurance
agency owned by my friend, for the last 12 years. For the
past three years I've specialized in Long Term Care, very
interesting but time consuming and detailed. My oldest
daughter, Sandra, and her husband are still in Columbia and
both are employed at the University of SC. Their daughter,
Kelly, will graduate with honors from Converse College in
Spartanburg, SC in May and will be married on June 15th.
She and Matt will be living near Spartanburg where Kelly
plans to teach 9th and 10th grade math and algebra. Youngest
daughter, Sarah, and family will leave the military very soon
since David is retiring after 20 years service in the Army.
They have lived in many different states and also in Europe.
I visited them in every location except one and was fortunate
enough to spend 6 weeks with them when they were in Germany.
Their oldest son,Nick, will be attending UT Knoxville in the
fall on a four year ROTC scholarship. Their youngest, Scott,
is 16 and in the 10th grade. He participates in sports and
this year was on the the swim team. He is also active in ROTC
and recently was chosen as superior cadet of the year for
the entire Ft. Knox High School. I attend St. Andrews
Presbyterian Church and stay active in the various activities
the church offers. I enjoy music of any kind and when time
and work permit, I love to travel. My address is Columbia, SC,29212.


LOWELL THOMAS McKENZIE: Jonah traveled for a Mobile Home
Factory for several years and is now in the used car and
truck business. He is a member of the Methodist Church and
is a member of the Elks Lodge. He and his wife, Janie, enjoy
boating and camping. Their address is Springville, TN 38256.


BOBBY McNUTT: Bobby retired after he and his brother sold
McNutt Tractor Company in 1977. Now he enjoys hunting,
fishing, camping, woodworking, relaxing at their cabin on
Kentucky Lake and "by doing as little as possible". He
and Gwyn have two children and two grandchildren. Daughter
Valeria is Supervisor Respiratory Therapist at St Vincent
Hospital in Little Rock, AR. Son, Walter, is Security Chief
of Chevron Standard Oil refineries of USA. Walter's son,
Bob, recently spent a week in Washington, DC, in the "mirroring"
program of senators. His daughter, Melissa, was Presidential
Scholar for Utah and is now enrolled at BYU taking pre-med.
They live at Paris, TN, 38242.


BILLY MIZELL: Bill owns Wallace R. Amos & Associates, a small
land surveying company. He is a retired Deacon of Silver
Spring Church of Christ and serves as lay minister. He does
volunteer work for Holy Cross Hospital during big snows by
picking up and delivering hospital personnel in his 4 wheel
drive vehicle. He enjoys collecting old and contemporary
carnival glass and other antiques. He is on the Board of
Directors for the International Carnival Glass Association
and the Washington area church camp, Camp WAMAVA. He is
president of the Baltimore Glass Club. He fishes when he has
time. He and his wife Sharon have 2 children and 3 grand
children. Son, David, is married with 3 children. Daughter,
Theresa is married and works for the National Institute of
Health, in the area of bioterriosm. Their address is

LEMUEL MUZZALL: Lemuel continues to take an active roll in
all functions of the Masonic bodies as well as most activities
of First Baptist Church in Paris. Wife, Barbara, is business
manager of Paris Henry County Clinic, a medical office of 3 MD's
and a nurse practitioner. He works part time at the clinic
maintaining the equipment and building. Daughter Sonia is a
Group Publishing Director for 8 agricultural magazines and
resides in Tampa, FL, She and husband Mark have two children,
Ashley (age 11) and Sean (age 13). Son Jim is married to the
former Margarita Veliz, from Chile, and lives in Arlington, VA.
near Washington, DC. He manages the financial analyses of
information technology projects for major government clients.

SARAH NEALON VINCENT: Sarah retired from Allstate Insurance
Company in January 2000. She worked with Jimmy in his business
after that. She is active in the Church of Jesus Christ of
Latter Day Saints, having served as president of the women's
organization several times. She belongs to the Nashboro
Chapter of the DAR and still enjoys genealogy research.
Her hobbies are her flower garden and going to all kinds of
ball games, scouting events and recitals. She has five
children and nine grandchildren that fill her spare time
and her life with joy. Since Jimmy's death on March 17,
2002, she is continuing in their business of selling library
books. She lives at Gallatin, TN, 37066.


ANNE NELSON LOEB: Anne is still practicing as a CPA, preparing
income tax returns and some financial planning. She is on the
Orange County Economic Development Commission and serves as their
representative on the Chapel Hill/Orange County Visitor's Bureau.
Her youngest son, Bill, lives in Raleigh and works with Channel/
Advisor, a B to B software company at the Research Triangle
Park. Older son, Charlie, is a consulting environmental
planner in Alaska. She enjoys traveling, reading, and having
her grandchildren come to visit....Bill has a daughter who's
three, a son one and a half, and expecting another boy in May.

SUE NICHOLS WOOLDRIDGE: Sue and husband Jim are enjoying the
retired life. She retired in 1997 after 27 years with a
medical clinic in Paris. During this time they owned and ran
a Christian book and music store which they closed in 2000
and retired again. Sue has 5 children, 11 grandchildren and
3 great-grandchildren. Jim has 4 children and 3 grandchildren.
Sue's oldest daughter Beth, is a laboratory supervisor in
a hospital in Chula Vista, CA. She has four children and
three grandchildren. Son Ben is an ENT surgeon in Pensacola,
FL, and has three boys. Bob is in Management Recruiting in
Melbourne, FL and has two girls. Barbara lives in Sierra
Vista, AZ, and has two boys. Brian is a computer trouble
shooter for a company in Melbourne,FL, while he finishes up
college after spending 11 years in the Navy on a submarine.
Since closing the store they spend their time hunting, fishing
and working in their yard and garden. They are active
members of Fairview Baptist Church where both sing in the
choir and Jim teaches an adult Sunday School class. Their

ROSEMARY PARKHILL KING; Rosemary and "Chick" married in 1986.
They sold their transport business in the year 2000. She is
retired. He is semi-retired and working part-time in trans-
portation. She has one daughter, Theresa Matheny and her
husband, Rickey, who live near them. Chick has one son,
Charles R King, in Paris and a son, James A. King & his wife
Jeanne, who live in Savannah, TN. Rosemary's granddaughters,
Julie and Melissa are both married and live in Paris. Chick's
granddaughter, Amy, is married and lives in Murfreesboro, TN.
Kristy lives in Savannah. Spending time with their family
surely is one of life's greatest blessings! Chick and Rosemary
are members of First Baptist Church, where he serves as an
usher. She is an officer in the Senior Adults ministry
and serves on the 'share and care' committee. She is currently
enrolled in a 'Christ-Centered Writing Class'. They enjoy
music, travel and sports, but creative writing is the most
fulfilling pastime, for Rosemary. In 1994, Chick was inducted
into the Paris-Henry County Hall of Fame. He was recently
selected to serve on the board of directors for this organization.
God has blessed their marriage in a wonderful way. (On a sad
note, Teresa & Rickey's baby boy was born prematurely, in 1977,
and lived only 12 hours. Then in 1985, Rosemary's son, Tony
and his family died in a terrible tragedy. Through these
painful experiences, she has learned that God is always
faithful, to give peace in the midst of the storms of life)
