Charles Everett "Papaw" Kibbons

KIBBONS, CHARLES EVERETT "PAPAW," 69, formerly of Louisville, died June 19, 2005, at University Hospital.

He was a native of Paris, TN, a truck driver for 37 years with Dealer's Transport/ Motor Convoy, a Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict and a member of Grace Baptist Church in Camden, TN and Teamster's Local #89.

He is survived by his wife, the former Mary Nell Hankins; his sons, Stephen Kibbons (Lorraine) and Carl Moore (Cathy); his daughter, Cindy Lippert; his grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.

Per his request, cremation was chosen. A celebration of the life of Mr. Kibbons will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at Advantage Funeral and Cremation Services, in Middletown. His final resting place will be in Paris. Visitation will be from 2-8 p.m. Tuesday. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
