| Henry County native Gary Holland
Ferguson, 63, of College Grove died Thursday, Oct. 10, 2013, at Stonecrest
Medical Center in Smyrna. His wife, Sachiko Ferguson, survives. They were married on March 17, 1972. His body was cremated. No service or visitation is planned. Born Oct. 11, 1949, he was a son of the late Holland and Wilmouth Hart Ferguson. Ferguson was a 1967 Grove High School graduate. He earned a degree in safety environment in 1977 from Murray State University. He served in the U.S. Army and later worked as an engineer before retiring in 2012. He also leaves a daughter: Monica Ferguson of Murfreesboro; one sister: Cathy Ferguson; one brother: Ricky Ferguson; a grandchild: Elaina Cox of Murfreesboro; and several relatives in Henry County.
