OBITUARY

JIMMY  VINCENT

Services for native Henry Countain James Harry Vincent Jr. of Gallatin will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Nashville, where he was a stake patriarch.

Kerry Dickerson will officiate. Burial will be in Summer Memorial Gardens at Gallatin.

Named as pallbearers are Harrison Tinsley, Kurt, Aaron, Daniel and Michael Vincent, Danny and John Veazey and Tommy Wimberly.

Visitation will be 5:30-9:00 p.m. today at Anderson & Anderson Funeral Home in Gallatin. The body will lie in state at the church from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Wednesday.

Vincent died Sunday, March 17, 2002, at Sumner Regional Medical Center in Gallatin.

He was a son of the late James Harry Vincent and Alice Gertrude Lasater Vincent. He was married August 23, 1953, to the former Sarah Nealon, who survives.

Vincent was a coach and teacher. He also was a sales executive for Media Mart in Gallatin..

He also leaves two daughters: Genie (Ed) Tinsley, of Dickson and Alice (Bruce) Looney of Murfreesboro; Three sons: Doug Vincent of Dickson, Stuart (Deborah) Vincent and Christopher (Wendy) Vincent, of Gallatin.

One sister: Viann Veazey of Paris; one brother: Daniel M. Vincent of Nashville; nine grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
